I am truly shocked!

Just two weeks after breaking up with boyfriend of one year Cy Waits, Paris Hilton has been snapped snogging Hangover director Todd Phillips!

In a shocking move reality star Paris (30) and Todd (40) have fallen fast and hard for each other and they're not afraid to show it.

At a private party on a boat in Miami the pair kissed and hugged all night. Sources said the couple were getting very intimate:

"Paris and Todd were all over each other. He had his hand permanently glued to her behind. They were making out constantly."

And the fun didn't end there! The new couple partied all night at a Malibu beach house along with fellow guests Bradley Cooper, Lukas Haas, Kevin Connolly, Gerard Butler and Jeremy Piven. What an A-list bunch of friends!


I just can't imagine Bradley, Kevin, Gerard, Lukas, Jeremy or even TODD could take her seriously. Could this romance just be a publicity stunt, or is Todd a little bit of a player?

Paris Hilton - "I'm Excited To Be Single"

Paris Hilton has confirmed that she has split from boyfriend Cy Waits, and claims she's happy to be going solo right now.

The Heiress and the Las Vegas club owner announced their break-up earlier this week and Paris seems to be taking it quite well. Although it seemed like Cy may have been the one, the blonde says being single will be fun:

"Cy and I have been friends for years. I've known him from Vegas and my family knows him, and he's such a great guy and always treated me so well. He's one of my closest friends. I've never been single in my life. I've always had a boyfriend and I've always been scared to be alone, so I've been that type of person that needs somebody and never got to know myself," 

She added that it's time to get to know herself again and spend time with her friends:

"When I'm in a relationship I give my all and I'm 100%, so I'm excited to get to know myself and spend time with my family, my sister and my girls."

Let's see how long her single status will last...

Paris Hilton Pretends To Care About Lindsay Lohan

"I like totally care about firecrotch Lindsay"

Remember the days when Paris Hilton called Lindsay Lohan 'firecrotch' and seemed to slag off her former BFF everyday? Well apparently that's all behind them now, because Paris claims she's worried about Lindsay. (awh)

The heiress told Closer magazine that she hopes Lindsay and get her life back on track:

"Lindsay is a good person so I want her to turn it around."

Even though the two party girls clearly don't speak anymore, Paris maintained that their lives have just gone in different directions. IE Lindsay got caught for doing drugs and Paris only got caught holding them in her purse. WOW what different lives they lead!

The socialite added:

"We haven't been in touch recently because our lives have taken a different direction but I only wish her the best."

Paris Hilton Says Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller Are Better Off As Friends!

Of all the people to hone in on this situation, this is seriously random!

Yes, it turns out that Paris Hilton is actually next door neighbours with Charlie Sheen and recently ex-wife Brooke Mueller!

Everyone was shocked yesterday that Two and A Half Men had been cancelled, and even more shocked to read Charlie's 'Open letter' to TMZ, in which he called the creator of the show a "contaminated little maggot". The day before that he also had a bizarre radio interview where he said he "loved people violently" and also "hated people violently", adding that anyone who tried to hurt him would be murdered!

Well Paris said that this is all a big surprise to her as Charlie seemed great, as did his relationship with Brooke:

"I talked to [Brooke] yesterday and everything was fine and they were best friends and living together...and now I don't know! I heard something changed so I'm not sure what happened."

When asked about Charlie's clear drug and alcohol problems Paris didn't give away anything:

"He's my neighbour so I don't have anything bad to say about him."

She did add that Charlie and Brooke should stay apart as they are not good as a couple:

"I think some people are better as friends."

I reported earlier this week that Miss Paris Hilton was ready to have kids and settle down, well it looks like her wish is about to come true!

The heriess and her fiance boyfriend Cy Waits were spotted shopping for engagement rings at New York boutique Jacob&Co on Friday and apparently the pair left with a $25,000 diamond-encrusted band (wow)!!

A source told People magazine that the couple looked really happy while picking out some diamonds:

"They shopped for engagement rings. They were really cute together. Paris was making comments about the rings and joking that her ring has to be at least 24 carats. The couple were shopping in New York looking for something special for Paris's 30th birthday."

Cy also got her a $375k Lexus LFA sports car for her birthday, so she's one lucky girl this year!

Paris Hilton Cy Waits Shop For Rings

NEW YORK -- Wedding bells may be just around the corner for Paris Hilton and her beau, Cy Waits, the New York Post reported Saturday.

The pair were spotted shopping for engagement rings Friday at New York's Jacob & Co., where they examined an array of baubles, including a 30-carat rare blue diamond.

The couple couldn't decide on a ring, but Hilton did not leave empty-handed, the Post reported.

She walked out sporting a $25,000 black diamond-encrusted ring for her 30th birthday.

 Hilton celebrated with Charlie Sheen's ex, Denise Richards, at Asellina on Thursday.

While at nightclub Lavo she told the Post she looks forward to being engaged.

"We've talked about it," she said. "This is once in a lifetime. I want to be with him forever."

Unlike ex-fiance Paris Latsis, who gave her a fake ring, she said, "[Waits] has great taste. He just bought me a beautiful sports car."

She even weighed in on foreign affairs: "I was just in Egypt a few weeks ago, and I felt totally safe. They should have freedom of speech and be able to use the internet."

Paris Hilton Is Ready To Have Children!

Paris Hilton has said she wants to have 3 or 4 kids and Cy Waits will be the daddy!

While on the David Letterman Show Paris revealed that Cy is "the one" and that she can't wait to have children. She also gave some advise to Lindsay Lohan and Charlie Sheen who are both battling drug addcictions right now. She said:

"Maybe they don't have someone in their loves who loves them and to love back."

Paris Hilton Says She Wants To Marry Boyfriend Cy Waits!

It seems that party girl Paris Hilton may actually be ready to settle down!

The reality star has been dating Cy Waits since August 2010 and she told Ryan Seacrest, it's true love:

"It's really serious and I'm so happy. He is an incredible person and I'm so lucky. Things have never been better in my life. I'm in a great place."

Ryan cheekily asked her if Cy is planning to propose, and she said;

"I'm sure. Yeah. We love each other very much so we will see what happens."

Paris just turned 30 yesterday and her entrepreneur boyfriend showed his love by giving her a $375k Lexus LFA sports car!!! The Las Vegas based businessman bought her a bright yellow car but Paris revealed the colour was a joke:

"The yellow was a joke. At first he pulled up the yellow one and I was laughing, like, are you serious? Then they pulled up the white one which was the real one."

The heriess is currently filming her own reality show, 'The World According To Paris'.

Stars are blind, really really blind? Well, Stars are blind star Paris Hilton is planning to visit Rwanda some time in November. Since she made a mistake in promising to do good after getting out of jail, she is now stuck with keeping that promise by pretending to care about the world.

I’ll be going in November, after I get back from filming my movie. There’s so much need in that area, and I feel like if I go, it will bring more attention to what people can do to help. I want to visit more countries where poverty and children’s issues are a big concern. I know there’s a lot of good I can do just by getting involved and bringing attention to these issues.
