Newly sober Lindsay Lohan was spotted getting very cozy to a new mystery man at an Adele concert in LA.

Lindsay looked well in a peach belly top and a long black skirt while her lucious blonder hair was swept to one side in a pony tail.

The troubled actress seemed all loved up with her new man, but she was also spotted with a former Survivor star earlier this week.

Well it sure looks like she's given up on women since splitting with Samantha Ronson!

Lindsay Lohan Fails Alcohol Test!

How is she seriously back to square one again?

Lindsay Lohan is back in trouble with the law, as she tested positive for alcohol in a routine check up while on probation.

The actress is currently at home under house arrest, and has obviously been drinking! The judge in her long-going court case specifically stated she must not "consume drugs or alcohol" during probation, so she has violated it already!

Insiders have confirmed that the Mean Girls star has actually failed two sobriety tests in the last week. Now Lindsay will have to attend court again today for punishment for violating her probation.

Will this mean more jail time? She seriously needs to sort her life out, she needs to be around people who actually care about her. I.E not her mother Dina!

Lindsay Lohan Is Changing Her Name!

"Just call me Lindsay"

Yes it's just another normal day in the life of Lindsay Lohan.

Lindsay's mom, Dina Lohan has said that Lindsaty will be dropping her second name, and will only be referred to as 'Lindsay' from now on. Dina added that both she and her 17-year-old daughter Ali will be changing their names too:

"Lindsay is dropping the Lohan and just going by Lindsay. Plus, me and Ali will be officially changing our last names back to my maiden name, Sullivan."

Friends of the family have said that it's their dad's recent domestic violence charges that has made them want to abandon the name.

Lindsay Lohan Quits Smoking!

First she quits the drugs, then the drink and now the cigarettes! It looks like Lindsay Lohan is truly trying to change her life around this time!

Sources close to have told celebrity website TMZ that she has kicked another habit. They have been told that Lindsay quit about a week ago and now works out with a trainer every morning!

It really sounds like Lindsay is leading a much healthier lifestyle! Let's hope it lasts, I think she could really lead a great life if she just commits to this new way of living!

Remember the days when Paris Hilton called Lindsay Lohan 'firecrotch' and seemed to slag off her former BFF everyday? Well apparently that's all behind them now, because Paris claims she's worried about Lindsay. (awh)

The heiress told Closer magazine that she hopes Lindsay and get her life back on track:

"Lindsay is a good person so I want her to turn it around."

Even though the two party girls clearly don't speak anymore, Paris maintained that their lives have just gone in different directions. IE Lindsay got caught for doing drugs and Paris only got caught holding them in her purse. WOW what different lives they lead!

The socialite added:

"We haven't been in touch recently because our lives have taken a different direction but I only wish her the best."

CCTV Footage Proves Lindsay Lohan's Innocence!

This could be a huge break in her case!

TMZ have reported that there is a surveillance tape proving Lindsay Lohan's innocence in the necklace stealing case!

This is what TMZ had to say about the video:

"We're told the surveillance video clearly shows Lindsay trying on the necklace, checking herself out in the mirror, and appearing to ask her friend and the store owner for their opinion (there is no audio on the tape).We're told Lindsay took off her own necklace to try on the store's necklace. Lindsay never took the necklace off, according to our sources, and she wore it in plain view for the next 45 minutes while she tried on several rings."

The gossip website goes on to state that Linsday blatantly talks to the store owner, wearing the apparently 'stolen' piece of jewellery.:

"Before walking out of the store, Lindsay put her own necklace back on, but it in no way obstructed the store's necklace."

Wow maybe Linds is actually innocent for once!!

Michael Lohan Claims That Lindsay's Mother Did Coke With Her!

We've always known that Dina Lohan has been Lindsay Lohan's enabler, but now it seems she actually joined the party too!

Dina has constantly denied that Linds has a drug problem and now it's clear why; she was doing drugs with her! To be honest I'm not surprised at all, but what seriously terrible parenting, she needs to get away from her mother.

Lindsay Lohan Pleads "Not Guilty"

"Here we go again!"

It seems like the paparazzi are living at the courthouse these days thanks to Lindsay Lohan.

The washed-up actress appeared in court today after being formally charged with grand theft, for stealing a necklace worth over $2,500. The Mean Girls star plead "not guilty" in court (surprise surprise) and had a bond set at $20,000 with the order that she be remanded to sheriff's custody.

Lindsay's lawyer tried to have bond paid immediately - but she was denied that option while being told that procedure must be the same in this case as for everyone else.

So she's locked up again, but will be bailed out in a matter of hours probably! Is a $2,500 necklace really worth being in court AGAIN and having to pay a $20,000 bail? Don't think so...

The drama just never ends when Lindsay Lohan is around!

Just after things were starting to get back on track for the actress she's been caught on tape stealing a neckelcae with $2,500.

According to reports the owner of an L.A  jewellery store called police when they found the neckelace missing. When they checked surveillance tapes Lindsay was seen as the last person to wear the piece of jewellery but it doesn't show her stealing it.

Before Cops started searching for the missing neckelace LiLo handed it over to the store without any explanation!

This wouldn't be the first time Linds has "accidently" taken items from expensive stores. Will she be able to wiggle her way out of this one?

Well the Mean Girls actress has now claimed that she gave the neckelace to her stylist and she is the one who returned it, pointing out the stylist as the thief. She claims:

“I didn’t have any part in the non-returning on time.”

Sources have told website TMZ that Lindsay was tipped off after the judge signed the search warrant yesterday ... and she returned the jewelry before her house could be raided! And her stylist returned the neckelace to the LAPD, not to the jewellery store.

Hmmm... very suspicious!

Michael Lohan Has Emergency Heart Surgery!

According to reports, Lindsay Lohan's dad Michael Lohan undergone emergency heart surgery!

The 50-year-old, who's known for constantly talking about Lindsay to the media, was rushed to hospital yesterday after complaining of chest pains during a consultation for cosmetic surgery (WTF)!!" While being examined the doctor found:

"a blockage in the posterior interventricular artery of his heart".

Lohan is said to be recovering well after the procedure and is expected to make a full recovery. How crazy is that? I think the Lohan's are definitely going to ease up on him now.

Lindsay Lohan's Dad Admits He Paid Off Betty Ford Worker!

"Yep, I paid her off"

The truth always comes out in the end!

There have been rumors over the last few weeks that Betty Ford worker Dawn Holland was paid $25,000 to keep her mouth shut about the Lindsay Lohan attack claim. And Daddy Lohan, Michael, has confirmed that this is true!

He said in a statement:

“I am coming forward without regret, to tell the truth about the Dawn Holland situation with my daughter. Lindsay. From the night of this occurrence, I have been aware of the entire situation. Dawn DID assault Lindsay while demanding a urine (test) and took it to another level when Lindsay demanded the phone."

Dawn had previously claimed that Lindsay had attacked her during a routine drug test, but soon after being fired from the clinic (because she released the story to the media) she dropped the charges. Until now it's looked like Lindsay's camp paid off Dawn to shut her up, but now they're admitting the bribe!

Michael continues in his statement saying Dawn started to get greedy:

"Since then, Dawn has had her attorney meet with me, negotiate with me and even propose a "deal" with me, her lawyer and Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Holly (Chapman) and while I agreed to Dawn Holland's initial "number", to procure financial stability due to getting fired, she got greedy and took it to another level. Dawn DEMANDED that Lindsay agree to a sit down interview to make ‘amends’ for the sake of the public NOT because Dawn wanted to set the record straight, but because she negotiated a deal to make more money from the interview.When Lindsay said that amends don't need to be a public thing, and she would NOT do it publicly, Dawn fired her lawyer and hired another one out of vengeance."

Lastly, he says that no matter what the courts should believe that Lindsay is innocent:

"With Dawn Holland's record for abuse, her assault charges, her credibility and desire for money, I believe that he courts and public will see, that this is a woman, who motives and intentions (sic), to set Lindsay up, so she could have financial gain."

Anthony Hopkins Admits To Drinking Problem!

Sir Anthony Hopkins has said that he was a seriously heavy drinker when he was younger! The Oscar-winning actor told CNN that drinking nearly pushed him off the edge:

"Tequila was my hooch. That nearly undid me, drove me nuts, so I stopped."

Wow what a strong drink to have as your favorite! He went on to day that he gave up drinking back in 1975, but before that he literally drank ANYTHING:

"I drank anything I could back in the old days… Whatever I couldn't eat - whatever I couldn't chew - I [drank]."

The 73-year-old actor said going to AA helped him through his addiction and all is fine now!

He could have been joining the likes of Lindsay Lohan in the Betty Ford centre by the sound of it!

Lindsay Lohan Passes Drug And Alcohol Tests!

Wow could this mean she is finally turnign a corner?

Messed-up actress Lindsay Lohan may be on her way to recovery, as it's been reported that she's passed up to 10 random drug and alcohol tests in the two weeks after she left the Betty Ford Center!

The 24-year-old Mean Girls star has had to do spontaneous tests and has passed each and every one so far! Her fame-whore father was delighted to share the news with Radar Online saying:

"Lindsay is doing four or five tests a week and she has passed all of them with flying colors."

He also said that this time Lindsay's really turned a corner:

"She's doing really great right now.She is serious about staying healthy and is avoiding all the old things she used to do."

She's not out of the woods yet though! Along with more spontaneous tests to come, the actress is also facing charges from an ex-Betty Ford employee, who said that Lindsay assaulted her.

However sources have said that the judge on the case will not be pursuing the matter:

"Right now, based on what he has read, he won't be taking any action against Lindsay."

Things are definitely looking up for Lilo!

Since Lindsay Lohan's departure from her 90-day stint in rehab, there's been more and more controversy. She came out of the Betty Ford centre and straight to a hotel, but soon moving trucks prevented her ex Samantha Ronson from driving out of her house, soon everyone figured out that Lindsay was planning on moving next door!

This definitely didn't go down well with Samantha who told TMZ: "This was not planned"

But Lindsay is now saying that she never knew that her new place was right beside the DJ's.
Sources have said that Lindsay will move if it "keeps the peace" with her ex.

The singer has a two-year-old son Max with her husband and they are applying for joint custody.
