Katie Waissel Dating Alex Reid?

Now this would definitely be an odd pairing!

According to reports Katie Price's recent ex-hubby Alex Reid has started dating X Factor star Katie Waissel. The cage-fighter who split from glamour model Katie back in January has apparently been chasing Katie for six months, and now he has her!

A souce said:

"Alex is not Katie's normal type - she goes for trendy rockers in skinny jeans. She turned him down for weeks but eventually relented because he was so persistent. Now he won't leave her alone. Alex reckons they're going to become a new showbiz glamour couple."

During last year's X Factor Alex did tell press that he wanted Katie to win the show, saying: "I like the freaky ones I guess."

Most recently Alex denied claims that he had chatted up The Only Way Is Essex star Amy Childs, claiming he "wouldn't want to go back to another Katie Price type".

Katie Waissel Gives Career Advice To Shayne Ward

Out of every one in the world, Katie Waissel is probably the worst person to give career advice to someone in the music industry!

The former X Factor contestant has said that Shayne Ward should keep following his dream. The comments come after it was announced that the former X Factor winner was cut from Simon Cowell's record company after 5 years. Katie told Shayne to hang in there:

"It is a shame for anybody to be dropped. It's hurtful but he shouldn't look at it as the end of his journey. Maybe it's just the beginning. Maybe now is a turning point for him to focus on what he wants to do and to do it his own way. It is frustrating but unfortunately that's the way the music industry works and it's horrible. If I was to see him now I'd say 'Sod it, rock out and do what you want to do. Use it to your advantage'."

I'm sure he's really going to listen to you love!

Katie Waissel Blames The Media For Public Hate!

Katie Waissel has claimed that the only reason the public hated her throughout her stint on The X-Factor is because they were "told to" by the press.

When asked why she got such a tough time from the public Katy said:

"I don't know. At the end of the day, it's a TV show - it's entertainment. The public hated me because they were told to.The power of editing is beautiful. During the live shows I wanted to jump up and tell people, ‘Hi, I'm Katie - I'm not a bastard', but people had already made up their minds."

But although the press may have wrote some hate against the singer, the media didn't lie when revealing that her granmother was an escort. Katie admits that made things worse:

"Oh my God, it was such a shock! I mean, come on, it doesn't get much worse than that! You couldn't even write that!"

I think she loves every second of the press she gets, fame-whore, drama queen!

Katie Waissel's Nana Says Her 'Escort' Career Is Ruined!

"You did WHAT Nan???"

This girl just attracts drama everywhere she goes!

Katie Waissel is in the papers once again, but this time because of her grandmother!! It was revealed during her stint on the X-Factor, that her nana was a prostitute! But it turned out she was only and 'escort'.

Now her nana has given out about Katie on public television saying she's ruined her escorting job:

"This all started when Katie joined The X Factor. She went on, they went on, they went to the press. She has ruined my career. I'm afraid she has. But I still wish her well and I love her. It breaks my heart to see my family being split up like this. I would ask them not to be so judgmental to me."

The 83-year-old explained on This Morning that her job was quite sophisticated and that her adult movie that she did (eeewwh) was a mistake.But never-the-less she likes her career:

" I enjoy it and I'm not ashamed of what I do. I'm an escort... I go out with gentlemen and I attend the opera with them, I go out for dinner with them, but I'm not a prostitute."

She also revealed in the interview that only one of her daughters is speaking to her and that all the Waissel grand-children have disowned her.
