Caroline Flack Admits She's Learned A "Tough Lesson" After Splitting From Harry Styles

It was the one relationship that everyone was talking about this year, and Xtra Factor host Caroline Flack has admitted she's learned some tough lessons after splitting from One Direction star Harry Styles.

The 32-year-old has said she was shocked by how much attention their relationship got:

"Everyone had an opinion on me and Harry, which was the hardest thing. I suppose they're entitled to their opinions but it was really I tough. I learned the hard way. I learned a very difficult lesson but I suppose looking forward it isn't a bad lesson to learn, is it?"

"In future the easiest thing is that I keep it to myself. I can't believe how much attention there was on me."

The top presenter, who is 14 years Harry's senior, flew straight to Africa after the break up, which saw Harry jet off to America to promote the One Direction album. She explained:

"I've been in Africa for a month with friends and it has been incredible to get away. We were helping people in the villages so it was a great experience."

Well this is certainly a strange one.

According to reports today Xtra Factor presenter Caroline Flack has been smooching One Direction star Harry Styles.

Despite the 14 year age difference Harry (17) was seen locking lips with Caroline (31). The unlikely pair were said to have enjoyed a cheeky kiss as they partied following last weekend's X Factor Sunday show.

The next day the two stars took to Twitter to complain about feeling sick, suggesting that they both have the same bug.

A source revealed Harry has had a crush on the presenter for months and was carefully planning his move:

"You could tell Harry was loving every moment. He was poised ready for quite some time as they were talking, and in the end Caroline didn’t say no. They had a big passionate snog and it caused mild hysterics with the group of people they were with."

Following their smooch, Harry wrote on Twitter: "Sometimes things happen and you suddenly get a whole new outlook on life."

Olly Murs and Caroline Flack To Present Xtra Factor

So the full line up has finally been revealed!

2009 X Factor runner up Olly Murs has been announced as the new co-judge of the Xtra Factor, alongside Get Me Out Of Her Now presenter Caroline Flack.

The duo were announced as the new presenters last night, replicating the same format as the US X Factor, with a co-presenting gig.

Last year's presenter Konnie Huq was dumped by the show as producers said the viewers didn't take to the former Blue Peter presenter well.

Konnie got the boot!

Meanwhile the judging panel has been revealed Kelly Rowland, Tulisa from N-Dubz, Gary Barlow and lovely Louis Walsh will be taking their seats very soon to judge the young talents out there.
