There have been rumors of a split for months now, and now it has been confirmed. Today Johnny Depp's rep announced that after 14 years the Pirates Of The Caribeann actor and former singer Vanessa Paradis have split up.
In a statement issued a few hours ago Johnny's rep asked for the press to respect the couple's privacy. 'Please respect their privacy and, more importantly, the privacy of their children'.
The couple, who have two children, Lily-Rose, 13, and nine-year-old Jack, haven't been seen at a public event together since 2010 but recently denied the split rumours which have been circulating since January.
Their relationship has said to have been in trouble for several months and recent rumours linked him to his bisexual co-star Amber Heard.

But just months ago Johnny had denied rumors of a split. He said: 'The rumours are not true. They are absolutely not true. I can't say enough about it not being over.'
Before settling down with Vanessa, Johnny had a reputation as a bad boy. He was engaged to actress Winona Ryder and dated model Kate Moss for years.
Because Johnny and Vanessa never wed, there won't be any messy divorce. Good news for Johnny, as he is worth an estimated $300 million and has homes in Paris, Los Angeles, an island in The Bahamas and a villa in St Tropez.
