Usher has pleaded that X-Factor contestant Gamu Nhengu should be given a second chance.
It was revealed last week that Gamu is to be deported back to Zimbabwe as her mother's visa had run out, thousands of fans have come out in support of the singer, demanding she replace Katie Waissel on the live shows.
Now the 'OMG' singer who appeared on the live show last night said that Gamu was in a horrible situation and she needs to be helped:
Viewers also saw Simon Cowell stand up for Gamu on Saturday night's show, saying the X-Factor will do everything they can to help her stay in the UK.
"I hope she gets another chance...Everyone deserves a chance. It's a horrible situation if she has to be sent back, but hopefully they can work something out so she'll be able to achieve her dreams as a recording artist one day."
