She always looks so on trend!

She may no longer be on our TV screens but she is still very much on the fashion scene. Lauren Conrad looked gorgeous while popping in to see Katy Perry live on her California Girls tour.

The singer was performing at the Nokia Theatre in LA this weekend and a beaming LC looked gorgeous in black leather pants, a floral black top, loose curls in her hair, bright red nails and peep toe brown heels.

She's currently rocking the balayage look at the moment, a style she has always loved. The gorgeous California babe has been living the single life the last few months, after she split from her actor beau Kyle Howard.

The reality star hasn't been linked to any other man just yet, but I'm sure some cute guy will scoop up the fashion designer any day now!

Oh no poor LC!

Multiple sources have confirmed to E! News that Lauren Conrad and boyfriend Kyle Howard have split up.

The pair, who have been dating for three years, have never had any public rows, or allegations of infedelity, they have actually had a really drama-free relationship. But something obviously went wrong as the pair have broken up for good it seems.

Sources close to the couple say that Kyle (33) and his 24-year-old designer girlfriend decided to end their relationship as a "mutual decision" and that there were "no third parties involved".

Rumours had been spreading this year that actor Kyle was ready to get down on one knee, and with the 9 year age difference, it seemed possible that Kyle was ready to settle down.

Maybe that's why they split? First George Clooney breaks up with his girlfriend because she wanted to get married, has LC done the same thing?

Lauren Conrad Launches Fashion & Beauty Website

Is there anything this girl actually can't do?

Our favourite reality star Lauren Conrad has launched her own fashion and beauty website.'The Beauty Department' is a site dedicated to giving make-up and hair advuce with the aim of helping young girls achieve the celebrity look without the price tag!

The former 'Hills' star said she had no one to help her with beauty techniques when she was younger:
"Growing up, I never really learned how to do my hair and makeup correctly and the results weren't always great. Our goal with 'The Beauty Department' is to provide girls and young women with a basic how-to of simplified versions of popular trends and styles that they can recreate themselves."

On the main page of the site readers are invited to e-mail any beauty queries to her and that she will cover "all kinds of hair+makeup how-to's, nail trends, skin issues, tools, current obsessions & inspirations".

So it looks like LC's career is getting back on track after her reality show was axed by MTV.

We may not have gotten to see the actual show because MTV dumped it but we can exclusively show you what the into to the show was going to be.

Yes sadly Lauren Conrad's newst reality show was set to give an insight into her day to day career as a fashion designer, author and stylist but MTV dubbed the show "too high brow" for audiences and cancelled their deal. So what would the show have been like? Well we can't know that for sure (unless we sneakily get the footage) but here's the intro:

Fashion Fix - Lauren Conrad

Today's Fashion Fix comes from 'Hills' babe Lauren Conrad.

The fashion designer/writer graces the cover of the Australian mag Cleo this month and she is looking gorgeous as usual.

Really loving this nude-pink colour on her and the flower skirt is beautiful. Obviously this was taken a while back as LC has now cut off most of her extensions and dyed her hair brown.

Lauren Conrad's MTV Reality Show Get's Dropped!

"WTF MTV??"

Uh oh this isn't good news at all!

MTV have announced today that their new reality show based around Lauren Conrad's fashion career has been axed! An exec for the network David Janollari, said today:

"We decided not to go ahead with the show. It was a great attempt but it just didn’t feel like a perfect fit for us now.”

So why did they make such a crazy decision? Well LC had said before that she wanted the new show to be absolutely nothing like The Hills, ie no bitchiness, no love triangles and basically no focus on the drama of her personal life. Which is fair to be honest since we've been watching her personal life on our TV screens for years!

However, MTV still want to air trashy drama on their network. Lauren made a statement today explaining their decision:

"We sold a show to MTV, filmed it and are really proud of the final result. MTV felt the subject matter was too high brow for their audience and offered me the opportunity to change the show by incorporating more of my personal life. We agreed going into the project that this show would be an aspirational one, focusing on my career and my goals and not my personal relationships. We delivered the show that we sold and are sorry MTV didn't feel their viewers were savvy enough to appreciate it."

Ouch!! You go girl! Although MTV aren't outright admitting that they think their audience are all drama-whores who aren't interested in the real work being done in the fashion industry, an exec for the network said they couldn't do the show due to "finances". He said:

"She did do a pilot.There were talks about whether we could somehow manage to put together a special based on that footage but that's also a big question mark based on her interest in that and the finances. We love her! We would love her on our network!"

What a load of Bullshit!! In the meantime shows like Jersey Shore are being glorified and Audrina Patridge has got her own show named 'Audrina' starting on their sister network VHI! So what is the world coming to?

LC's show would have been sophisticated, stylish and real... like the designer, turned writer, herself. I hope someone buys the right to the show soon!

Audrina Partridge Snapped Filming Her New Reality Show!

I wonder what this show is going to be like...

Pictures have been released of Audrina Partridge filming her new reality show, and she's sportinig a new straighter hair look... but still as fake as ever!

The former The Hills star has signed up with VHI, sister net of MTV, to film ANOTHER reality series... but this time it's all about her (I'm sure she just loves that).

After trying, and seriously failing, any bit of an acting career, the 25-year-old has gone back to doing what she does best, being fake!!

But recently she told said that this show was going to be "real" and nothing like The Hills:

“Well, it’s not going to be set-up. It’s going to be my life. I’m really going to open up and take them (my fans) on that journey with me and trying to make it in Hollywood. [On] The Hills, I was kind of in a bubble. That was my Hills life. This is going to be more about me and what I did when I wasn’t filming The Hills with my other friends and with pursuing my career.”

What career are you talking about love... seriously?

Meanwhile... the true star of The Hills, Lauren Conrad has gone back to parent network MTV for her new reality series, which follows the ups and downs of her (REAL) fashion career. As well as having to deal with that rivalry we can't forget the incident where Audrina's mom bitched about LC!

Heidi Montag a Bunny we Love?

Heidi Montag, 20-year-old star of MTV's The Hills recently got a bit of well-publicized work done, including a nose and boob job and that investment is already paying dividends. She's just been offered a hefty sum to pose nude for Playboy.

Montag's pimp fiancee - Spencer Pratt - says, "Playboy is interested in shooting Heidi's new body. They've offered her $1 million to be in the magazine."
No word yet on how all of this will affect a third season of the show. MTV announced their plans to continue the series, but with all the drama between Lauren Conrad and Heidi, it will be interesting to watch it unfold.(Original post)
