The actress tied the knot this weekend, in her Californian home. The couple are currently expecting their first child.
The pair walked down the aisle on Saturday afternoon, snuggling in the back of an old classic convertible Mercedes, that was decorated with blush and hot-pink roses as well as pink ribbons, the newlyweds looked so loved up.
The 37-year-old actress was joined by some of her famous pals, including Cameron Diaz, Reese Witherspoon and her husband Jim Toth.
Drew was previously married to comedian Tom Green, but they divorced in 2001. Most recently Drew had a long term relationship with actor Justin Long.
