Actress Catherine Zeta-Jones has said that she is feeling angry about her husbands newfound throat cancer. The Oscar winner has said she is furious that the disease wasn't spotted earlier by doctors.
Her 65-year-old husband, actor Michael Douglas, discovered a lump in his throat is undergoing eight weeks of radiation and chemotherapy treatments after the lump was removed.
Catherine said the lump should have been detected at a much earlier stage:
"It makes me furious they didn't detect it earlier. He sought every option and nothing was found."
The Chicago star admitted that watching her husband battle the disease will be highly emotional for her:
"I know maybe I should be stronger...But emotionally I just don't want to see that. The hardest part is seeing his fatigue, because Michael is never tired."But her hubby Michael has been very positive so far saying:
"It's a fight. I'll beat this."
