The star has revealed that she's instructed her lawyers to pursue legal action against her estranged hubby!
Montag told website TMZ that she is really upset over Pratt's plans to write a tell-all book about the couple's marriage and more importantly about her and says she hopes to block its publication.
Speaking to the Website she said:
''This is exactly why I left him... Right now I'm looking into my legal options,"
She's on the ball here... she left him because he is a complete fame-whore and all her wants is attention.
It's reported that the reality couple's divorce is be finalised in February 2011.
