According to the newspaper The Sun, the Girls Aloud star plans to put the £3.5m home on the market once her divorce from football player Ashley has been finalised once and for all.
Apparently she's buying a smaller place in West London for easier access to the places she works, I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that her 'Best Friend' Derek Hough is going to be working on the West End?
A source told the newspaper that:
"Cheryl is selling up. She's already looking for a new home, but it will be a lot smaller than what she has now. She doesn't need a huge estate...She wants to be closer to London but stay near to Heathrow Airport to make travelling abroad easier."
Whatever reason she's really moving for I'm just glad she's out of that house, it couldn't have been good for her. Any trace of Ashley Cole should be gotten rid of!
Meanwhile... Cheryl and Derek's relationship has been blasted by a former friend of Cole's.. boxer Amir Khan. He told Grazia magazine:
"I had dinner with Cheryl and Derek in LA last week...He's not her boyfriend. They're not going out. It's all just a cover-up to keep photographers at bay."
The pair have been said to be 'inseperable' over the last few months and Derek whisked Cole off to Tanzia where she caught Malaria... The dancer basically moved into her mansion to take care of her. So if that's a cover up, they've gone waaaaay to far!
