Katherine Heigl has opened up about her life as a mother.
She adopted her daughter Naleigh a year ago and has said she's a pro at changing diapers but admits that when it comes to her daughter she is a control freak:
"I’m a pro now. I can get it done real quick," she said. "I am very particular with these sorts of things. I want everyone - like my husband and the nanny - to do it exactly the way I do it. Using just the right diaper cream because I swear that's what helps her, and the right kind of wipes and diapers - so I prefer to do it myself..It’s very apparent that I'm kind of a control freak. So it's better if I do it myself!"The 31-year-old actress admitted that in her new movie Life As We Know it she felt like the camera's were following her real life, and says this film is close to her heart:
“I’m really proud of this movie. It’s probably my favorite film I’ve done to date,” she explained. “It’s just the perfect combination of romance and comedy and heart. I think people want a real story these days, the fantasy, the wish fulfillment is fun and I always love those movies and hope to always get to do them… it was grounded in a lot of humanity, these people are real people.”
Wow she's actually not moaning for once! The new flick, co-starring hottie Josh Duhamel hits cinema screens on the 8th of October.
