The Mean Girls star has been living in L.A in recent years, and it's widely believed it was the Hollywood party lifestyle that brought her down a dark path that ended her in jail and now back to rehab!
"She'll be coming back to New York. California is a wonderful state but it's a different game you play there, the court system is a little different."
Dina went on to stick up for her daughter, claiming she was imprisoned wrongly:
"She actually didn't violate [her probation], She was in for missing a couple of classes that she made up and she was working at the time. The judge went overboard and put her in serious lockdown for two weeks with murderers."
Sounds like Dina is just enabling Lindsay to do more and more damage to herself, she first went to rehab when she was 19 and it looks like she hasn't got any better. But mummy did try and act like a parent sayinh:
"I'm certainly not condoning drinking and driving or what she did, but she's still paying a price from 2007 to now... She has grown up considerably."
Reports have been confirmed that Lohan is getting out of Rehab early, like getting out of jail early... this girl will never get the help she needs!
